Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment 2024
The selection process for apprentices will follow these steps:
- Initial Screening: Candidates will be evaluated based on the marks they obtained in their ITI (Industrial Training Institute) courses. This evaluation will consider the submission of all required information in the online form and the uploading of relevant documents.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in their respective ITI trade. Again, this process will consider the submission of all necessary information in the online form and the uploading of relevant documents.
- Resolving Tie Breakers: In case of a tie in the percentage of ITI marks, the candidate born earlier will be given preference. If there’s still a tie in the date of birth, candidates with higher percentages obtained in their 10th or 8th (for welder applicants) standard examinations will be placed higher on the merit list.
- Preference for Local Candidates: Eligible candidates residing within a 16 km radius of Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site, Anushakti, District-Chittorgarh (Rajasthan) will be given preference.
