Selection Process for AIASL Recruitment 2024
- Jr. Officer – Technical / Customer Service Executive/ Jr. Customer Service Executive:
- Personal/Virtual Interview: Candidates applying for these positions will undergo a personal or virtual interview as part of the selection process.
- Ramp Service Executive /Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver:
- Trade Test: Candidates will undergo a trade test which includes Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving test along with trade knowledge assessment. Those who clear the trade test will proceed to the interview.
- Personal/Virtual Interview: After clearing the trade test, candidates will face a personal or virtual interview for further assessment.
- Handyman:
- Physical Endurance Test: Candidates will undergo a Physical Endurance Test which may include activities like weight lifting and running. Those who qualify the Physical Endurance Test will proceed to the interview.
- Personal/Virtual Interview: After qualifying the Physical Endurance Test, candidates will face a personal or virtual interview for further evaluation.
