Staff will be recruited in West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (WBMDFC) or West Bengal Minority Development and Finance Corporation. Recently the notification has been published in that regard. Employees will be recruited in different regions of the state. This appointment will be on temporary, contract basis.
WBMDFC Recruitment 2023 Details:
The Corporation will be recruiting on the post of Education Supervisor or Education Observer.
Total vacancies are six. Of these, North Dinajpur, Maldah, North 24 Parganas, Murshidabad, East Burdwan, and South 24 Parganas have one vacancy each.
Candidates age should be between 20 years to 40 years to apply for this post.
Applicants must be residents of the district or subdivision for which the appointment is made. Also belong to any minority community (Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Muslim, Persian and Sikh). The notification did not mention anything about the monthly remuneration of the employees.

Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent level computer knowledge to apply.
WBMDFC Recruitment Selection Criteria
Candidates will have to give English language test, computer test and interview for recruitment to this post.
Examination for recruitment in Raiganj, Maldah and Barasat regions will be organized on October 4 from 11 am onwards. On the other hand, Lalbagh, Katwa and Alipore recruitment exam will be held on October 5 from 11 am onwards.
The examination will be organized at the office of the corporation itself. Candidates have to appear on that day by 10:30 am with resume and other documents in the format as per notification.
