1. Achieve revenue targets through Banking Fee, Net Interest Income and Investment Fee
2. Increase AUM of mapped clients 
3. Disbursement of Working Capital Loans, Term Loans, Bank Guarantee, etc.
4. Acquire new clients and drive revenue and AUM from them
5. Ensure regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant authorities
