Selection Process for ESIC Specialist Recruitment 2024

  1. Contractual Basis: The recruitment for ESIC Specialist positions is solely on a contractual basis, meaning that there is no guarantee of permanent employment.
  2. No Private Practice: Full-time contractors are not allowed to engage in private practice outside of their duties with ESIC.
  3. Adjustment of Posts: ESIC reserves the right to adjust or modify the number of posts as per organizational requirements.
  4. No TA/DA: Candidates appearing for the interview will not be provided with any travel allowance or daily allowance.
  5. Canvassing Disqualification: Any form of canvassing or attempting to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
  6. No Hostel Accommodation: ESIC does not provide hostel accommodation for candidates during the selection process.
  7. NOC Requirement: Employed candidates need to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
  8. Notice Period for Termination: The contract can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.
  9. Final Decision: The decision of the Selection Board regarding the selection of candidates is final and binding.
  10. Medical Fitness: Candidates must meet the required medical fitness standards as prescribed by ESIC.
  11. Offer of Appointment: Upon selection, candidates will receive an Offer of Appointment from ESIC.
  12. Security Deposit: A security deposit of Rs. 30,000 is required from selected candidates.
  13. Forfeiture of Deposit: If the contract is terminated within nine months of appointment, the security deposit will be forfeited.
  14. Preference for PTS: If no Full-Time Specialist (FTS) candidate is available, preference will be given to Part-Time Specialist (PTS) candidates.

  1. Interview Appearance: Interested and eligible candidates must attend an interview as per the schedule provided for the respective specialty. They should bring along all original testimonials and one self-attested copy.
  2. Required Documents: Candidates need to ensure that they bring the following documents:
  • Age Proof: A Class 10 certificate or Birth certificate to verify age.
  • MBBS Certificate: Certificate confirming completion of MBBS.
  • Passport-size Photographs: Two recent passport-size photographs.
  • Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC & EWS candidates must provide caste certificates. OBC candidates should submit the latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt.
