Academic Eligibility– Any undergraduate, graduate, post graduate, diploma or equivalent, Very Good written communication skills, experience in the health care processing/chat process is preferred,

Age Limit-18 yrs – 45 yrs.

Skills Required –

1. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in keyboard skills especially with numbers
2. Ability to use the phone system.
3. Customer Service and chat/email soft skills
4. Knowledge of Products
5. Knowledge of Procedures
6. Familiarity with the computer basics.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like documenting information, seeking information, problem solving and updating by researching on data,
2. Demonstrate strong work ethics by maintaining confidentiality of information
3. Answer client chats and assist customers with immediate response support needs, handle/route accordingly delivering support for all customers.

Selection Procedure –

1. Candidates to undergo typing test and qualify as per the requirement stated above.
2. Candidates must undergo a business writing skill assessment that will include basic comprehension, English writing skills.
3. Post clearing the written English assessment the candidate will be interviewed by the Ops team (two rounds) for final decision.
4. Redeployed employees too will have to go through the written English assessment and Ops interview rounds.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Closely work with Account Management team and OPS leaders to ensure Customer centricity of assigned accounts – Contractual compliance, meet CSAT target, other customer asks/ action items, proactively identify potential escalation
2. Operation Excellence – E2E process mapping, identify & agreement on RACI, FMEA, propose controls
3. Process Improvement – Identify and lead potential improvement projects following Lean/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen/ Automation
4. Help team to meet the SLA/ KPI Target
