Recruitment for Research Associate-1 post for research projects in School of Applied and Interdisciplinary Sciences of the institution. Vacancy one. No age limit has been mentioned in the notification for the application. Candidates are initially appointed to the scheme for one year but the tenure can be extended by one more year based on performance. During this period the appointed person will get a monthly fellowship as per the rules of the organization for working on the project.
The area to be worked on in this research project is- ‘Delivery Vehicle for RNA/ Modified RNA Delivery Using Bioconjugation Chemistry’. The project will be run on the institution’s own funding.
Candidates must have First Class/High Second Class in B.Sc and MSc Degree in Chemistry or Chemistry to apply. Marks should be minimum 55 percent. Also should have PhD in related subject. Apart from this, having research experience and research articles published in peer reviewed journals is also important. Preference will be given to those with research experience in synthetic organic chemistry or nucleotide chemistry.
Candidates will be initially selected for this post on the basis of academic qualifications, research experience and research articles published in peer reviewed journals. After that the shortlisted candidates will be recruited through online interview. Interview will be in second week of October. The interview date will be intimated to the selected candidates in due course.
