- For staffing requirements – Understand the Job Description and make proactive hire with support of TAT. Propose resources to customer for quick fulfillment
- Needs to review monthly billing hours and Proforma Invoice
- For Delivery – Understand the scope of work to develop team in offshore. Ensure KPI’s to meet all the project and periodic project review
- Should be work independent to drive the team in terms of adding Head count, Proactive plan, Readiness plan, People & Project management
- Reports progress of project share to internal and external stakeholders
