Candidate Must Have Technical Graduate Degree For all circuit branches, a min of 50% passing percentage in 10th, 12th and in engineering with no current backlogs.

Microland Hiring Job Role ?

1. Deliver the assigned project/tasks in-a-given time frame.
2. Provide solution to customer problems regarding IT Infrastructure.
3. Troubleshoot IT infrastructure (Desktop, Network, Datacenter etc) related tickets
4. Handle customer calls and responses.
5. Collaborate with other team members to deliver tasks.
6. Analyze given requirement carefully and devise solution.
7. Carry out tasks with attention to detail and with highest standard.
8. Continuously learn and improve skills as per the business need.
9. Work independently when required.
10. Contribute to organization initiatives.

Microland Hiring Training and Pay Scale Details

6 months Training with a stipend of INR 16,000 (Net Pay) per month. After Successfully Complete The Training Period annual total earning potential to INR 2,88,760 per annum or discontinue with the Traineeship program.
