Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Trainee Engineer position at BEL, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Candidate Must Have B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (4-year Course) / Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
Project Engineers – I :
Project Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years which may be extended
further for a period of 01 year (maximum tenure of 04 years) based on project requirement
and individual performance. The age limit should be not more than 32 years
- Rs.40,000/- per month for the 1st year,
- Rs. 45,000/- per month for 2nd year,
- Rs.50,000/- per month for 3rd year
- Rs.55,000/- per month for 4th year.
Trainee Engineer-I:
Trainee Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 02 years and may be extended
further for a period of 01 year (maximum tenure of 03 years) based on project requirement
and individual performance. The age limit should be not more than 28 years
- Rs. 30,000/- per month for the 1st year,
- Rs. 35,000/- per month for 2nd year
- Rs.40,000/- per month for 3rd year.
In addition to the remuneration indicated above, a consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per
year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premium, attire allowance,
stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Trainee Engineer position at BEL will comprise of the following stages:
- Online Written Test: Written Test for 85 marks and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for Interview for 15 marks. The place of written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only
- Interview: Candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for the interview, which will assess the candidate’s overall suitability for the position.
